Sitz Bath Recipe

Sitz baths are a wonderful way to soothe and heal the delicate skin of the perineal area.

250 grams Dead sea salt
3 drops Rose geranium
2 drops Blue Chamomile
2 drops Lavender extra
1 drop Rose

Take a sitz bath with 1-2 spoons of the salt 2 times a day to help heal the birth wounds.

Salt for my wounds? Yes, adding sea salt to the bath water helps make the water closer to own bodies water content. (Ever tasted your tears? They are salty.)
